Drew Barile is the Chief Marketing Officer of Kohl Partners and JH Mack. He is also the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Generations Management Services, LLC. He specializes in developing market-based product opportunities, strategic positioning, and senior living asset portfolio management. Mr. Barile developed his expertise during a 16-year career as a senior living and health care strategist. Mr. Barile specializes in strategic planning for the senior living and commercial lending industries. Formerly, he conducted the due diligence for every major public transaction over $100 million within the assisted living industry. He has conducted due diligence on well over $5 billion worth of senior living and long-term care transactions since 1996. He has worked with well over 150 national senior living and long-term care providers. He has advised major Fortune 500 lending institutions such as Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers as well as multi-billion dollar equity funds. He has worked with international clients and has helped develop senior housing abroad in both Europe and Asia.
